The roof clean is carried out using a petrol engined power washer this ensures that to effectively clean each and every tile the maintenance of a consistent level of pressure to the roof line is required. Working in a top down method to reduce any ingress of water under the tiles the contractor ensures all evidence of moss growth and airborne pollutants are totally removed.

When the whole roof cleaning operation has been completed and with any roof repairs noted to be undertaken at a later stage the clear up can begin, with a ground based operative sweeping up and removing from site all excess moss and muck.

To complete the cleaning all walls, windows, gutters, soffits and fascias are lightly power washed.
